Another one of them Ramblin' Posts

Because I know just how much you just love them. Or not. Or maybe, depending on the subject matter.

Is it just me or does anyone else think this is the perfect family portrait...of us!

Haha! I love it!

What?! I said it was going to be random! Oh, wait. No I didn't. I said ramblin'. Well, looks like I've got that covered already, too!

So anyway.

You think we could get a break from this heat anytime soon? I was looking up the forecast for this week, because all of my favorite men in my life are coming over Friday to put together a huge wooden swing set for the kids (for Bryan and Lydia's birthdays) and I was hoping they might catch a break. Looks like they kinda-sorta-but-not-really did catch a break. Look what would have happened had they waited until Sat to put it together!

You want really random? How about this: Wanna know how I felt when I was pregnant with Lydia 3 years ago? It was something like this:
How's that for random? Oh. But I never said random, did I? Oh, foot.
Doesn't this picture remind you of the cat in the hat?
"The sun did not shine. It was too wet to play. So we sat in the house. All that cold, cold, wet day."

So, like I always say: No news is good news, but it doesn't really make for good blogging. Maybe next time you visit I won't be so random ramblin'.

I would love to see a cold, cold wet day about now. Maybe it should read "The sun was out bright. It was too hot to play so they stayed inside on that warm, muggy day". Watch out, Dr. Seuss.

Please, please, please send some of that sunshine up here! It's literally been raining, dark and cold for 2 weeks straight!

Your weather forecast looks like mine. Sun, sun, and more sun, followed by heat and more heat. It is crazy.

I love your "ramblin" post. You never know what to expect. Aren't you soooo happy not to be about to burst being pregnant?!?! And yes, they do definitely look like the kids from the "Cat in the Hat". Also, do we have to be reminded how hot it is.....I am so tired of this horrible heat. There is never a good time to be out in it.

Ramble ramble ramble on! You are hilarious! I like the utensil family portrait, so appropriate. I want to hang that up over my fireplace, ha! I love the picture of the kids looking out the window, so cute and innocent! Thank goodness we aren't pregnant in this heat, I don't believe I would make it. How did we do it?
